Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, our minimum order requirement is 15 pieces. But, we're always open to discuss your needs. Based on the quantity, the type of product and the timeframe, special pricing can be discussed. We also offer printing or embroidery services for orders above 100 pieces. Do you have a smaller order in mind with personalization? Fill in our form and we can discuss the options.
What is the expected shipping time for corporate & group deals?
If you are ordering blank products and they are in stock, we can ship your order within 2-3 business days in NL and 2-5 days in EU after finalization. For orders requiring logo customization, the typical lead time is three weeks.
Is it possible to receive samples?
We’re happy to send samples of the products and colours you're considering! We charge regular prices for the samples — but you won’t lose out: you can return the samples for a full refund or have the cost deducted from your final order.
Is personalization of the items possible?
Yes, co branding the items with your logo is possible. Based on scalability and printing costs we usually require a minimum order of 100 items. Do you have a smaller order in mind with personalization? Fill in our form and we can discuss the options.
