Your Role
As our Working Student Finance, you'll become an important part of our Finance & Operations team. Rather than spending your days doing repetitive admin, you'll help us understand how the business is performing by building reports, analysing data, improving financial processes and supporting key business decisions.
You'll work closely with our finance team and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce finance, business analytics and reporting while learning how the financial side of a fast-growing outdoor brand operates.
Responsibilities
📊 Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly profit & loss reporting and revenue analysis.
📈 Business Analytics: Build reports on product performance, profitability and business trends.
🧾 Invoicing: Prepare weekly invoices and support B2B finance processes.
💳 VAT & Bookkeeping: Support quarterly VAT reconciliations and help maintain accurate financial records.
🔄 Returns Analysis: Analyse return data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
📉 Profitability Reporting: Assist with contribution margin analyses across countries and B2B partners.
⚙️ Process Improvement: Help automate reports, improve existing workflows and explore new ways to make reporting more efficient.
💡 Ad Hoc Projects: Support the team with financial analyses and business reporting as new projects arise.
What Are We Looking For?
- A passion for numbers, business and solving problems!
- Currently studying Finance & Control, (International) Business Administration, Economics or a related degree (ideally in your second year or beyond).
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and AI prompting.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Curious, proactive and eager to improve processes.
- Interested in e-commerce and learning how finance supports business growth.
- Available 8–16 hours per week (1–2 days), with flexibility around monthly reporting periods.
- Based in Amsterdam.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with Microsoft Office Products Power BI, Excel Power Query or other reporting tools.
- Have worked with Shopify, Moneybird or similar business systems.
- Have experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot to improve workflows.
- Enjoy finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Your Role
As a Content Creator & Customer Success Intern at Cortazu, you’ll play a key part in shaping how our community discovers, experiences, and connects with our brand. From creating video content for TikTok and Instagram to helping customers find the perfect jacket, this hybrid role offers a unique blend of creativity and customer engagement. If you love storytelling, social media, and delivering great experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
🎥 Content Creation: Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more.
📸 Creative Production: Capture photo and video content in the office, outdoors, and during campaigns.
📅 Social Media Support: Assist in planning content calendars and scouting trends.
🙌 Community & Engagement: Help grow and engage our online community through authentic interactions.
🔍 Product Expertise: Help customers with sizing, product questions, and order updates.
What Are We Looking For?
A passion for social media, storytelling, and helping people!
Creative mindset with confidence behind or in front of a camera.
Proficient in English (C1 or higher); Dutch is a bonus.
Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Based in Amsterdam.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Available 4–5 days per week for 6–12 months.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with TikTok, Reels, photo/video production, or editing.
Are pursuing an HBO-level degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Business, or similar.
Have customer experience (retail, hospitality, or support).
