Your Role

As a Customer Support & Operations Intern at Cortazu, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—helping adventurers gear up while keeping our operations running smoothly. From e-commerce and logistics to social media and customer engagement, you’ll get hands-on experience across multiple areas of our fast-growing brand. Responsibilities

• 🌟 Customer Support: Engage with customers across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and timely assistance.
• 📦 Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues.
• 🏢 Flagship Store Assistance: Provide in-store support, manage inventory, and assist customers.
• 🔧 Operations: Oversee product repairs and ensure quality outcomes.
• 💻 Website Improvements: Contribute to UX enhancements and optimise site performance.
• 🗂️ Admin Support: Assist with data entry, document management, and other tasks as needed.
  

What Are we looking for?

• Passionate about customer service, E-commerce, and sustainability! 
• Available ~4 days per week, including weekends.
• Proficient in English (C1 or higher); Dutch is a bonus.
• Based in or near Amsterdam.
• Skilled in Excel, creative, and solution-oriented.
• A team player who’s organised, practical, and independent.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in customer service, logistics, or retail.
• Are pursuing an HBO-level degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Fashion.
• Love sports, fashion, and outdoor adventures.
