Thank you for shopping with us at Cortazu. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy below.

Return Period

We accept returns on orders shipped within the EU, US, and UK within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the product still has its original tags attached and remains unused.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To start the return/exchange process for EU orders, please visit our return portal and follow the steps: EU Return Portal.

For US or UK orders, please use the following return portal: US/UK Return Portal.

When initiating the return, please provide your Email (the one used for placing your order) and Order Number (found on the invoice that came with your package). Note that for orders from the UK and the US, please enter the order number with the '#' symbol in front.

Return Handle Fee

For a complete return of your order, a return handle fee of 6 EUR will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item(s) and ensure they are in good condition, we will process your refund. Refunds may take between 7-14 business days to process after we receive the item at our facility. The timing may vary based on the bank of the credit card used for the purchase.

Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, please note that exchanges are subject to availability as our stock is limited. To initiate an exchange, please fill out our exchange form.

Additional Notes

• To return an item, ensure that tags are still intact, and the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• We do not guarantee exchanges due to our limited stock availability.

• If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days, please contact us at support@cortazu.com, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
